Your MissionAs
Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the execution of works in new or existing centers is carried out effectively, within deadlines, budget, and with the highest standards of quality. You will lead and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, collaborators, local authorities, and center teams, guaranteeing seamless coordination throughout the construction or renovation process. Your role will be key to ensuring that each AIRE center opens its doors in perfect condition, delivering excellence from day one.
What You Will Do
Plan, coordinate, and supervise works in new centers or renovations of existing ones.
Manage on-site works (minimum 60% presence), ensuring quality, cost, and schedule control.
Coordinate directly with center management and employees to minimize disruption to the guest experience.
Track, manage, and secure procurement and delivery of AIRE supplies and equipment.
Anticipate, collect, and analyze center needs before, during, and after works.
Control documentation, progress reports, and problem‑solving alongside contractors and engineering teams.
Act as the key liaison with stakeholders (authorities, neighbors, collaborators) to ensure smooth project development.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Technical Architecture, Construction, or Civil Engineering.
Solid knowledge of Project Management procedures.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (both required).
Availability to travel internationally up to 80% of the time, managing projects across AIRE’s global locations.
Strong command of Excel;
MS Project desirable.
10+ years of experience in jobsite management in the USA or English‑speaking countries.
Proven track record in renovations of operational buildings.
Experience working with suppliers, officials, and contractors across USA, Canada, and/or Europe.
