At ALTER TECHNOLOGY, part of TÜV NORD Group, we support leading companies in Aerospace, Defense, Security, Rail and Industrial sectors, ensuring the compliance and reliability of their products.Due to the growth of our Radio Spectrum Matters (ERM) area, we are looking for engineers passionate about radio technologies and RF testing to join our laboratory team and contribute to cutting-edge projects.Your missionExecute RF and radio tests on electronic equipment (WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS, RFID, etc.)Participate in R&D; projects for Space, Defense and Big SciencePrepare technical documentation (test reports, procedures, calibration records)Provide technical support to clients and internal teamsMonitor ETSI regulations and support new accreditationsContribute to the development of new lab capabilities and technologiesLead and coordinate a small team of technicians and interns

What we are looking forDegree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics or related fieldExperience in testing laboratories (ideally ENAC / ISO 17025)Strong knowledge of RED Directive (2014/53/EU) and ETSI standards (WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS, RFID...)Experience with RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Signal Generators, etc.)Familiarity with anechoic chambers and RF test environmentsAbility to understand and work with evolving technologies: radar, drones (UAS), satellite navigation (PNT)Knowledge of test automation (LabVIEW) is a plusFluent English
