We're Hiring: AI/ML Lead Location : Remote or Hybrid (flexible) Type : Full-time
Are you a trailblazer in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning? Join us as an AI/ML Lead to architect cutting-edge Generative AI and ML solutions with strategic impact. We're seeking a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
️ Technical Leadership & Development
* Design and implement ML models: supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
* Build GenAI solutions using RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI frameworks.
* Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for model development.
* Apply advanced NLP techniques: text classification, RNNs, CNNs, and Transformer-based models (e.g., BERT).
* Deliver robust end-to-end solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring.
Technical Proficiency
* Strong programming skills in Python.
* Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (Sagemaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related services).
Team Mentorship & Coaching
* Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.
* Set technical direction aligned with business strategy.
* Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Strategic Advisory & Collaboration
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI/ML into business products and processes.
* Offer strategic insights to stakeholders at all levels.
* Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Generative AI.
* 12+ years of total work experience, with proven project and team leadership.
* Expertise in GenAI technologies: RAG, Vector DBs, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI.
* Proficiency in core ML techniques and NLP with Transformer-based architectures.
* Strong hands-on experience with Python and AWS services.
Preferred
* Experience defining technical strategy for AI/ML projects.
* Background in the insurance domain.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
* Proven success in managing AI/ML initiatives end-to-end.
