This is a unique opportunity to work for a company that combines the best of both worlds: innovative technology of a FinTech with the reach and expertise of a leading integral financial institution.”**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As a **Service Delivery Manager, **you will **work with the designated customer/client entity to ensure that the Production Protection service is delivered in line with expectations**We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Ensure all client KPis and SLAs are met.- Ensure all client specific incidents are understood, followed up, allocated the right team and finalised.- To communicate all maintenance outages to the appropriate teams to ensure clients are aware.- To act as the first point of contact in regard to Production Protection matters with the customer.- To understand any client specific alerting and reporting requirements ensuring that the team builds the appropriate controls.- Feed into client RFCs to ensure Production Protection needs are met.- To understand the client specific payment flows and how the service works for the customer.- To ensure all the functional knowledge about the different Live Flows is transferred and understood properly to Production Protection Team.- Responsible for coordinating all:- 1. Deployment Management.- 2. Incident Management.- 3.
