Job Description
Garantizar la operatividad, seguridad y óptimo estado de la flota de vehículos EUMG, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos de mantenimiento, la correcta gestión de intervenciones técnicas y la coordinación con talleres y proveedores externos, con el fin de maximizar la eficiencia operativa y cumplir con los estándares de calidad establecido
Tareas Principales
1. Mantenimiento de la flota EUMG
* Aplicar los procedimientos internos relacionados con:
o Intervalos de mantenimiento preventivo.
o Reparaciones de carrocería y mecánica rápida.
o Sustitución y reparación de neumáticos y lunas.
o Gestión de partes y procedimientos de seguros.
* Colaborar con entidades externas para mejorar la eficiencia y tiempos de respuesta en las intervenciones.
2. Gestión y consolidación de flota
* Verificar el estado de los vehículos que ingresan en IRM, WSM, BSM, y registrar adecuadamente en las plataformas GWY y Sigger.
* Asignar vehículos a talleres según necesidad, usando Authemis o aplicaciones equivalentes.
* Realizar seguimiento de asistencias en carretera y vehículos en taller (red o servicios oficiales).
* Controlar los plazos de entrega de los talleres y asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de NOF en todas las plazas bajo su supervisión.
* Gestionar el paso por ITV de los vehículos cuando sea requerido.
* Coordinar la ejecución de campañas técnicas o de seguridad.
