Coordinate the teams of the Madrid, Valencia, Bailén, Zaragoza, and Benavente Hubs. Oversee operations at these centers. Train and develop the team; ensure all team training is completed. Collaborate with key departments during your shift. Monitor service KPIs. Coordinate workplace accident procedures. Lead HPMs (HUB Planning Meetings).
