Main ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of international accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sales growth.Identify and develop
new business opportunities
in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia.Build trusted relationships with
distributors, architects, developers, and high-end contractors.Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new distributors and partners.Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements3+ years of B2B sales experience
in the
construction, architectural, or building materials
industries.Proven success in managing international accounts and complex negotiations.Knowledge of
international business operations
, including documentation, shipment methods, and Incoterms.Fluent in English and Spanish
(additional languages are a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in
