The job purpose for the Key Account Strategic member is developing priority brands in the strategic accounts of the HORECA channel. This includes managing the portfolio strategy to ensure the availability and visibility of the brands.Responsibilities
Identification of new opportunities to promote trial and consumption.Stay knowledgeable about the on-trade universe and industry trends.Ensure premium execution to maintain a top image of our brands in activations and executions.Act as a business consultant to strengthen relationships and develop mutually beneficial initiatives.Ensure visibility into at least X% of assigned strategic accounts.Background
Higher degree or training in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising.At least 5 years of experience managing large hospitality accounts, executing trade marketing plans, change management, analysis, and strategic thinking.Strong persuasion and communication skills suitable for emotional selling.Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with internal stakeholders.Knowledge of the nightlife channel and flexibility for night and/or weekend visits.About Us
