This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and Agile delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, the PMO, and IT & Digital leadership.
Mission
Maximize the value delivered to internal areas by leading the rollout and adoption of already-developed corporate applications like SAP, managing the backlog, and orchestrating teams under Agile frameworks .
You will report directly to the PMO lead, while maintaining close alignment with the IT & Digitalization Manager .
Key Responsibilities
• Lead application rollout (implementation) projects
• Map, analyze, and optimize processes to ensure effective adoption
• Manage the product backlog and Agile ceremonies, ensuring quality in both delivery and processes
• Application integration with SAP
• Prepare and facilitate PTM meetings, following ESF IT PMO standards
• Track and report KPIs, progress, and risks to the PMO
• Leadership and ability to build trust
• Strong self-management and teamwork mindset
• Clear and effective communication
• Stakeholder expectation and change management
• Problem-solving orientation
• High adaptability in dynamic environments
Desired Skills & Experience
• Agile / Lean methodologies
• Azure DevOps and/or Jira
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
• Power BI
• English C1 – mandatory
