We have an opening for a Business Analyst.
What will you do?
Partner with Product Managers (and/or Product Heads) and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements.
Organise and facilitate workshops to gather input and design future-state to-be processes.
Translate business needs into user stories, with clear acceptance criteria, and other business artefacts (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, RTMs), mapped to Ayvens Global Process Structure (GPS).
Ensure requirements are linked to business and product KPIs, defining or supporting the implementation of tracking mechanisms.
Analyse data and collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement in product and process performance.
Support development teams by providing clear, testable user stories and assisting in solution design.
Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
Act as a key contact for product-related queries and an ambassador of the product internally and externally.
Ensure alignment across systems and reconcile needs across business units when integrating solutions.
Support rollout of new functionalities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Fill in for the Product Manager or Scrum Master when required.
Stay informed about technology trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
The Business Analyst works in adherence to the Ayvens product framework.
The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.
Who we are looking for
4-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar digital product management role.
Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also being able to manage multiple projects independently.
English (fluent, verbally and written).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to explain complex concepts in a crisp, clear, concise and rich graphic style.
Excellent analytical skills, including financial and market analysis skills and experience.
Ability to support and motivate a team to deliver on objectives and produce results.
Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi‐cultural teams.
