Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a defined portfolio to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO, balancing customer relationships with risk controls. You will collaborate with Sales, AR, and Credit teams to monitor performance, anticipate issues, and implement remedial actions. You’ll ensure compliance with GCP and internal controls while driving improvements in credit and collection processes. This position offers a chance to influence financial outcomes across countries and customer segments, within a hybrid work environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Execute the DOA fully and ensure compliance with GCP and internal KCAs. - Understand the business model, country specifics, products, seasonality, and sales organization to inform credit decisions. - Provide input for Cash Calls and participate in preparation as needed. - Serve as the primary contact for business/customers for the portfolio and manage Credit Cash Collection activities. - Identify and implement improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Credit Specialist. - Participate in regular meetings with the Credit Specialist and coordinate with high-risk country accounts to mitigate risk. - Respond to customer queries and request remittance details for Cash Application. - Oversee collection activities, risk assessment, credit limit reviews, order release, new customer creation, collateral management, and reporting for the portfolio. - Set up and execute collection strategies and risk categories;
contribute to Order Hold Metrics and reduce unnecessary holds. - Utilize Get Paid System and other collection tools to support daily operations. - Maintain fluent communication with other Credit roles across Centers. - Contribute data inputs to Collection Effectiveness Files for improvement of past due performance. - Handle doubtful accounts per GCP and assist with Credit Insurance processes as needed. - Support ongoing training and process adaptation in a dynamic environment.Responsabilidades - Experience in Credit, Customer Service or OTC processes. - Business proficiency in English;

Italian is a plus. - Solid knowledge of accounting principles. - PC skills with MS Office;
