We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a motivated Remote Recruiter based in Spain to join our team.
About the Role
As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting skilled automotive technicians for our clients in the Netherlands. You will work independently from Spain while collaborating closely with our Dutch team.
You will be responsible for:
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and your own network
* Recruiting skilled Spanish Car Mechanics, Truck Mechanics, Car Painters, and Panel Beaters
* Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews in English
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement
* Maintaining and expanding your network within the automotive sector
* Providing candidates with clear information about job opportunities and relocation (if applicable)
* Working closely with the Dutch office to match candidates with open positions
What We're Looking For
* Based in Spain and willing to work fully remote
* Fluent in English (written & spoken)
* Preferably experience in recruitment—automotive recruitment is a big plus
* Existing network in the automotive or technical sector is highly desirable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
