Key Responsibilities:
User Acquisition Campaign Management:
Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and engagement.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
Campaign Performance Optimization:
Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, drive results, and inform future strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with data analysis, creative teams, and external clients to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Creative Asset Management:
Manage creative assets to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into campaigns.
Key Requirements:
~5+ year of experience with management of mobile performance marketing campaigns, agency background preferred
~5+ years of experience running MAI, AEO, VO campaigns on Paid Social
~5+ years of experience running UA Campaigns on Meta, TT, Snap, Reddit, Moloco, Unity, Google and other core channels
~ Have strong analytical and quantitative skills and communication skills
~ Have a basic knowledge of major advertising platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google, Moloco etc.)
~ Have an understanding of the creative elements involved in user acquisition.
~ Have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition campaigns.
~ Detail oriented and proactive.
~ Speak and write English fluently.
~ Passionate about the mobile gaming industry.
