We are looking for a trainee to join our Global Customer Service & International Trade Data team at Almirall.
What will you learn and develop?
- Understand how Customer Service and International Trade operations work in a integral pharmaceutical company
- Apply your knowledge of AI and automation to real use cases
- Learn how to translate business needs into practical, data‑driven solutions
- Gain exposure to tools such as SAP, Veeva and automation platforms
- Develop skills in data analysis, process optimization and digital transformation
What will your day‑to‑day look like?
- Learn and understand current business processes and challenges
- Identify opportunities where automation or AI could add value
- Contribute to the development of automation workflows and AI‑based solutions
- Support SAP operational tasks (order management, data extraction, reporting)
- Collaborate on Veeva‑related activities to improve data accuracy and streamline processes
- Perform data analysis, including data cleaning, dashboards and recurring reporting
- Work with cross‑functional teams (Customer Service, Logistics, International Trade)
- Help prototype and test solutions such as chatbots or automation tools
- Document processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing
What are we looking for?
- Students of Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar areas, ideally pursuing a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data, Automation or Advanced Technologies
- Strong interest in AI, automation and data‑driven solutions
- Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills
- Proactive attitude and curiosity to understand business processes
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, data storytelling), Power Apps & Power Automate (process digitalisation and automation) and Forms/Delve or other M365 collaboration tools
- Knowledge and practical application of generative AI tools in a business environment, including Microsoft Copilot, to optimise workflows and analytics
- Familiarity with SAP is valued
