International Key Account Manager – Architecture & Construction
Topcret®, a pioneer in sustainable decorative coatings with over 20 years of experience, is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Barcelona. This strategic role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in complex B2B environments and has a strong understanding of the architecture, design, or construction sectors .
Main Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of international key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sales growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia.
Build trusted relationships with distributors, architects, developers, and high-end contractors.
Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new distributors and partners.
Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the construction, architectural, or building materials industries.
Proven success in managing international accounts and complex negotiations.
Knowledge of international business operations, including documentation, shipment methods, and Incoterms.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
