THE ROLE :
We are seeking a CHIEF MARKETING & SALES OFFICER to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities include:
1. Marketing and Sales Strategies :
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns.
* Assess the value proposition of our products regularly.
* Develop marketing strategies for new products or markets consistent with the company's vision and standards.
1. Market Research and Analysis :
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, opportunities, trends, and challenges.
* Provide market forecasts and reports through data analysis and interpretation.
2. Digital Marketing :
* Define digital marketing strategies, action plans, and KPIs to monitor performance: website management, email marketing, lead generation, social media.
* Oversee creative marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring brand consistency and ROI maximization.
* Implement lead generation and nurturing processes.
* Evaluate and optimize channel performance.
* Manage vendors and third-party partners.
3. Data Management and Performance Analysis :
* Monitor sales and marketing performance continuously.
* Establish and track KPIs.
* Drive data analysis and ROI assessment.
4. Forecasting and Pipeline Management :
* Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
* Analyze sales data for trends and opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
5. Customer Relationship Management :
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions and retention.
* Use CRM data to generate insights supporting sales and marketing decisions.
Requirements :
* Degree in marketing or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, advertising, and CRM management.
* Extensive experience in the US market.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Passion for cycling.
