Position: National Business Development Manager HoReCa
We are looking for someone who can develop and nurture relationships within the B2B market and has a proven track record of securing new business, coupled with the ability to deliver on promises. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic growth of Diversey's portfolio in Spain, including chemicals, dosing and dispensing equipment, and cleaning machinery. This involves business development through direct or indirect routes to market, focusing on identifying and winning opportunities with new large clients, in collaboration with colleagues. You will create a new business funnel and develop detailed strategic account plans, ensuring a smooth handover to a key account manager upon successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop leads for regional or national accounts through contacts, trade fairs, and meetings.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline focused on key customers and segments in Salesforce.
* Win qualified opportunities to drive company growth, overseeing capital expenditure investments.
* Collaborate with the Head of Business Development Management (BDM), Head of Key Account Management (KAM), and Inside Sales team to prepare proposals.
* Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and advocate for Diversey's offerings.
* Utilize remote sales tools and encourage service teams to use them for efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B, and Corporate Accounts (preferably in HoReCa).
* A growth-oriented mindset with confidence and ambition.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Based in Barcelona, Madrid, or the Andalucia region.
