Experteer Overview As Site IT Support Leader/Coordinator, you will oversee a distributed team delivering second-line IT support across multiple sites and countries. You will ensure consistent service delivery, coordinate activities across locations, and act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues. You’ll align with global IT standards and security policies while driving process standardization and knowledge sharing. Your role focuses on leadership, cross-site collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in IT support.
