Role Description

This is a freelance, high-commission-based role for a Business Development Scout, located on-site in Barcelona. The role involves identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential partners, service providers, and clients in the home services sector. Responsibilities will include prospecting new opportunities, conducting market research, and meeting prospective partners to expand Fixa's service network. The scout will actively promote Fixa's brand value in the Barcelona market and generate high-quality leads, contributing to the company's growth and success.

The Mission

You will be the "Face of FIXA" in Barcelona. Your daily mission is simple: Build the Network.

* Scout & Onboard Pros: Identify and register high-quality professionals (electricians, plumbers, locksmiths) onto the FIXA platform.
* Secure B2B Partnerships: Visit Real Estate Agencies, Property Managers, and Hostels to introduce FIXA as their primary maintenance solution.
* Hustle & Grow: Manage your own schedule, hit growth targets, and open new zones in Barcelona.

Qualifications

* Hunter Mentality: You have strong business development skills, including prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. You don't take "no" for an answer.
* Street Smart: You have proven ability to conduct market research and analyze opportunities in the local Barcelona market.
* Communicator: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must. You are comfortable talking to anyone—from a local handyman to a property manager.
* Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets without micromanagement.
* Local Knowledge & Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required (Catalan is a plus). You must have a deep understanding of the local business environment in Barcelona.
* Bonus: Experience in sales, marketing, home services, or the startup industry is a huge advantage.
