Job Description
* JOB POSITION: CAU Technician.
* SHORT DESCRIPTION: Handling and logging of phone calls, first‑level user support, and escalation of incidents and requests that cannot be resolved.
Requirements
* Education: Official training in computer science.
* Experience Technology related:
* 2 years in TIC
* 1 year in the duties required for this position.
* Skills: Must have proficiency in Windows environments, office productivity tools, and ticketing systems. Excellent user service, organization, and technical capability are required to provide remote user support.
* Languages: Spanish.
Other Valuable Aspects
* Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation recommended.
