Your Mission:
Bridging Finance, ERP Systems, and Business Operations
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will act as a key connector between Finance, IT, and Business Operations, helping the organization translate financial and operational needs into efficient ERP solutions.
Your main focus will be on Finance & Accounting processes—especially Accounts Receivable, Contract Management, and bank payment processing—while also collaborating closely with Logistics and Purchasing teams.
You'll work hands-on with ERP systems, support daily operations, and continuously improve data quality, system usage, and business understanding.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys being in the middle of finance and IT, whether your background is more accounting-oriented and you want to grow into IT, or the other way around.
Your Responsibilities
[Finance & Accounting Processes]
Support and optimize ERP processes related to Accounts Receivable, contract management, and bank payment processing.
Understand financial data flows and ensure accurate processing within the ERP.
Act as a functional reference for finance-related topics in daily operations.
[ERP & Systems]
Work with ERP systems such as SAP or Infor (Infor knowledge is a plus).
Analyze system behavior, identify issues, and support improvements in collaboration with IT and business users.
Perform basic data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
[Business Analysis & Support]
Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance, Logistics, and Purchasing.
Translate business needs into functional specifications or system improvements.
Provide hands-on support to users and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
[Cross-functional Collaboration]
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, and IT to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support consulting-like activities, especially around logistics and operational processes (optional but valued).
Help users better understand the system and the underlying business logic.
Your Profile
Finance background with solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable and financial processes.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or Infor).
SQL knowledge or willingness to work with data and queries.
Comfortable working in a support-oriented, hands-on role, finishing tasks and solving practical problems.
Ability to understand the business quickly—this will be one of your first challenges.
Strong communication skills:
you enjoy building bridges between Finance, IT, and Operations.
Proactive and autonomous personality; not shy, communicative, and eager to learn.
Interest in working in a subscription-based business model is a plus.
English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have
Experience in Logistics and Purchasing processes.
Background in software, IT, or consulting.
Previous experience in ERP support or functional consulting roles.
Familiarity with European finance or SAP environments.
