Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented, proactive professional experienced in configuring and administering IFS Field Service Management (FSM). Responsibilities include workflow configuration, system optimization, user training, and platform adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Configuration and Support:
o Configure FSM modules such as work orders, inventory, mobile, and customer engagement.
o Optimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and technician processes.
o Translate business needs into system configurations in collaboration with IT and business teams.
o Support UAT and manage configuration testing cycles.
2. Training and Change Management:
o Develop and deliver role-specific training programs.
o Create manuals, documentation, and training materials.
o Provide ongoing user support and coaching.
o Promote system adoption and engagement.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
o Ensure data accuracy across FSM modules.
o Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI).
o Analyze usage and feedback to improve training and configuration.
4. Continuous Improvement and Technical Support:
o Participate in platform upgrades and rollout of new modules.
o Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and coordinate with support teams.
o Stay updated on IFS Cloud features and best practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 3 years of experience with IFS FSM or similar platforms.
* Experience configuring cloud-based ERP or FSM systems, preferably IFS Cloud.
* Proficiency with ClickLearn for training materials.
* Strong understanding of field service workflows, dispatching, and mobile operations.
* Familiarity with IFS Mobile Workforce Management or PSO.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI or Crystal Reports is a plus.
* Experience with .NET, SQL Server, and transact-SQL.
* Understanding data structures and relationships.
* IFS FSM certification or similar credentials preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
