Customer Success Manager in Malaga

Accelerate cloud consumption and identify additional cloud cross‑sell / upsell opportunities for nominated Corporate customers
\n
Involve direct outreach (email, calls) to nominated customers by reacting to digital signals generated via TSI marketing and trigger outreach to drive cloud consumption, customer retention, and expansion
\n
Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
\n
Your Qualifications
\n

Are bilingual or proficient in English
\n
Have 3+ years sales experience
\n
Are experienced in qualifying and building pipeline at scale, managing aggressive sales cycles, and sales negotiation preferred
\n
Experience working with or selling Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or similar
\n
Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
\n
Can explain complex technical solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences
\n
Success‑driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment
\n
Have Microsoft Fundamentals (MS 900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900) certification
\n

Benefits

Full‑time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:30, Fridays 9:00–16:30
\n
Salary 27,250 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
\n
Great office location in Malaga with hybrid work model after 2 months
