 
        
        We are looking for a Research Engineer to join the Additive Manufacturing Technology team focused on process optimization. The researcher will work in thermo-mechanical modelling and data analytics related to the different technologies of additive manufacturing to work in projects related to productivity, quality and materials development. 
**Main responsibilities** 
- Scientific research about process optimization. 
- Participate in R&D; projects with multidisciplinary teams. 
- Work closely to materials development area. 
- Work with a variety of technologies in a dedicated Laboratory. 
- Continuous learning and technology watch. 
- Project management and continuous improvement. 
- Interact with the whole ArcelorMittal community: Integral R&D; specialists and technicians, plant experts, corporate teams, etc. and develop collaborative research with external partners (academic laboratories, technical centers, suppliers). 
**What we will need** 
- **Education**:Industrial Engineer/Mining Engineer/Physics/Mathematics 
- Experience in Additive Manufacturing processes and materials Able to challenge current technologies / propose new ideas to research on disruptive solutions. 
- **Languages**: Level advanced in English and Spanish. 
- Valid work and residence permit for Spain. 
- Minimum requirements: 
- Knowledge about additive manufacturing technologies and atomization 
- Experience in design of experiments, simulation and modelling, programming, Data Analysis. 
- Experience in project coordination and management. 
- Soft skills: Initiative, Adaptability, Results Oriented, Team Work, Technological Curiosity.
