At Rocket Digital, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the Data Activation Team.
We seek an experienced professional to work with existing and new customers on implementation, integration, and migration projects. You will be responsible for discussing HubSpot platform capabilities, integration and implementation needs prior to the sale, the sale itself, as well as strategizing, solution design, and documentation post-sale.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of HubSpot's technology capabilities. Technical experience in integration, administration, and implementation of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms is essential, along with consulting experience. Knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo and Connectif is a plus.
The role
* Develop a deep understanding of clients by working as a trusted advisor.
* Deliver consulting services to identify issues, goals, and explore solutions and strategies.
* Scope, design, build, and maintain solutions that meet client goals.
* Audit HubSpot and broader tech stack, providing guidance to maximize platform usage.
* Understand process mapping within HubSpot and related applications.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and systems.
* Utilize a solutions-oriented approach to address customer challenges with HubSpot products.
* Guide customers through HubSpot setup, onboarding, training, and configuration.
* Collaborate across departments and with clients to develop tools, processes, and frameworks.
* Train customers on HubSpot tools.
* Advise on integrations and manage related projects.
* Test, QA solutions, ensure accountability, and structure campaign data and reporting.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Spanish (required) and English (preferred).
* 3+ years of HubSpot experience (required).
* Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
* Experience collaborating with Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams.
* Knowledge of Klaviyo and Connectif is a bonus.
