/liliProvide application support, manage and escalate tickets and collaborate with Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) partners ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of business applications.

/liliCollaborate with the Journey Owner and IT Lead to align SAP solutions with business needs.

/liliParticipate in cross-functional teams to support integrating SAP with factory systems and smart devices.
\n
/liliSupport the implementation of innovative solutions in the application space with a focus on SAP and EWM and/or Production and/or Logistics.

/li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Qualifications /strong /pulliRelevant experience in SAP analysis and support, particularly in strongEWM.

/strongOther modules, such as strongProduction and Logistics are a plus.
\n
/strong /liliFluency in strongSpanish.
\n
/strongMedium level of strongEnglish /strong.
\n
/liliGood understanding of SAP business processes related to warehouse management, logistics, sales and manufacturing.

/liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
