What are we looking for?
We are hiring a new INSUDER as a Category Manager - Clinical Trials to join the Purchasing Team.
The challenge:
* Negotiate rates and terms with current and future suppliers to achieve better agreements.
* Manage large and complex purchases and suppliers that significantly impact the organization's products, processes, and budget.
* Investigate and resolve incidents related to suppliers in this category, analyzing their origin to prevent recurrence.
* Prepare and analyze reports to identify deviations (price differences) from the budget.
* Oversee the filing of complaints with suppliers.
* Evaluate potential new suppliers.
* Supervise and provide instructions to lower-level staff (1 person).
What do you need?
* Education: University Degree related to the position. MBA is a plus. Recommended degrees: Biosanitary or Finance.
* Experience: At least 2 years in negotiation with vendors for clinical trials, in CRO or Sponsor, covering pre-clinical to phase IV.
* Language: Very high proficiency in English.
* Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, analysis; teamwork, flexibility, multitasking.
