We’re hiring: Sales Operations Specialist (Sales Back Office)
At KARIBOU, we are growing fast and leading the way in sustainable packaging solutions. We design and distribute 100% plant-based, plastic-free single-use packaging, helping businesses reduce their environmental footprint.
Our mission is to drive the transition toward more responsible and sustainable consumption. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial team.
Your Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and efficient order management, while contributing to an excellent customer experience across all commercial interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Support Sales Management in achieving departmental objectives
- Manage and process customer orders in ERP Navision, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up
- Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, agents, and internal departments
- Handle customer inquiries, claims, and incidents in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure correct execution
- Prepare and send product samples to clients and prospects
- Support invoicing and administrative processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Back Office or Sales Administration roles
- Full professional proficiency in English (French or other languages are a plus)
- Strong skills in ERP systems (Navision preferred) and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
