We're looking for a talented UX Writer to help shape the digital banking experience for millions of users.3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, preferably in banking, financial services, or fintech.~ Proven track record in creating user-centered microcopy for digital products (apps, web platforms, notifications, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, etc.).~ Strong portfolio showcasing your work in UX writing, including examples of content strategy, user flows, and interface copy.~ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and Agile methodologies.~ Ability to translate complex financial and legal jargon into clear, concise, and intuitive language.~ Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, and Legal teams to align content with user needs and business goals.~ Familiarity with content design systems, tone & voice guidelines, and brand consistency across digital touchpoints.~ Data-driven mindset: experience participating in usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis to iterate and improve content.~ Advanced proficiency in Spanish and EnglishDesign and write interface content (microcopy) for digital banking products and services, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.Simplify complex financial concepts to guide users effectively through their digital journeys, building trust and confidence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys, content strategies, and information architecture.Develop and maintain content style guides, tone & voice standards, and glossaries tailored to financial products.Ensure brand coherence across all digital channels and touchpoints.Participate in usability tests and data analysis to refine content based on user behavior and feedback.Stay up to date with industry trends in UX writing, fintech innovation, and financial regulation to continuously improve the user experience.70% of our senior leaders started in entry-level roles.
