Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. We operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4* brand), Bo House (our 5* & palace brand) and Verbier Exclusive (20 chalets in Verbier).
We are looking for a Jack or Jill of All Trades who will thrive in a dynamically changing environment. As a Destination Coordinator at Emerald Stay, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Relationship Management:
* Coordination of specific preparation needs for the upcoming stays, based on our Property Management System: VIP treatment, birthday cake, etc.
* Visiting guests and offering them a tailored service.
* Promoting cultural activities of the region, preferably genuine and off-the-beaten-path recommendations.
* Management of the relationships with all external providers; we strive to maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
* Intervention in case of guest emergency: exceptional inability to access the property for example.
Quality and Operations Management:
* Inspections of properties prior to check-ins and after check-outs.
* Property cleaning coordination with our cleaning partners; continuous feedback provision to the cleaners to meet our demanding standards.
* Management of the linen inventory as well as hospitality products: welcome gifts, bathroom amenities, coffee, etc.
* Property management coordination with our partner company: pool cleaning, gardening, maintenance interventions, etc.
* Recommendations on the optimization of operational processes.
KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
* Employment to start asap and end in October.
* A work vehicle will be at your disposal.
* Competitive salary based on experience with bonus on performance.
* Work days and work hours may vary including on the weekends, we work in hospitality. The shifts are from 8am or 9am until 5pm or 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who will thrive in a dynamically changing environment.
The must-haves:
* You are based in Costa Brava.
* You are an entrepreneur at heart: you are not afraid of the unknown and you strive when things are challenging and require creative thinking as well as flexibility: you have a can-do attitude and are not afraid to take ownership.
* You have at least 1 year of work experience in hospitality operations, preferably at a premium short-term rentals company or at a 4* or 5* hotel.
* You love interacting with guests and all types of partners and can naturally establish great relationships with people; your interpersonal and team collaboration skills are excellent.
* You have strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* You are comfortable speaking with HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals).
* You are good at managing stress and do not get easily overwhelmed.
* You are detail-oriented, open-minded and positive.
* You can multitask and work in an independent way.
* You speak and write English and Spanish perfectly.
The nice-to-haves:
* You have experience working at a fast-growing company and understand that your responsibilities will evolve quickly as the company grows.
* You have a strong knowledge of Costa Brava.
* You have a degree in hospitality management.
* You have worked with Mews before, our amazing Property Management System.
* You are passionate about hospitality and innovation in the industry.
* You speak French or any other language.
