As a Site Process Engineer you will drive EU-wide process improvements at the Zaragoza fulfillment campus. You’ll partner with the FC leadership and EUCF Process Engineering to deploy initiatives and ensure timely, compliant execution. Your work focuses on identifying top improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional projects, and delivering measurable productivity gains. This role offers impact through standardizing processes, optimizing networks, and contributing to a high-velocity, data-driven operations culture. You will engage with site leadership and test new approaches to shape efficient fulfillment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives by analyzing bottom 50% processes and benchmarking against EU FC metrics, then implementing plans with Operations Management.
• Oversee FC improvement programs, perform deep-dive process performance analyses, and manage action plans with central PE and regional Site PEs for best practices.
• Drive EU network best-practice deployment, implement innovation frameworks, and submit significant projects ($10M+ savings) via OP1 Project Intake.
• Own deployment of EU network initiatives with timely execution, testing, and pilots; maintain ongoing collaboration with FC Operations through Gemba walks and Steering Committee meetings.
• Build strong relationships with Site Leaders and Senior Management; support ad hoc process tasks and potentially lead expanded EU projects across multiple FCs.
• During Q4, integrate with site management operational teams; travel 0-10% as needed.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement
• Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies
• Ability to travel 0-10% within the region
• Flexibility to work in shifts when required
