Description

**Responsabilities**
- Control over the performance of the Loss Ratio in the Brokers train.
- Collaboration with the train team and the commercial team to generate, prioritize, and implement a feature backlog.
- Conduct segmentation analysis and formulate pricing models.
- Monitor rate change performance.
- Evaluate the risk associated with train features.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed of market trends and industry developments.
- Lead and develop the pricing team.
- Coordinate with International Pricing for rate change approval and Loss Ratio strategy.

**Technical Skills**
- Analytical skills: Ability to interpret financial and operational metrics and make data-driven decisions. Strong mathematical skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of the Broker Market: Understanding of best practices of competitors in the intermediaries market in terms of risk selection and services.
- Business acumen: Solid understanding of business processes and the insurance value chain.
- Knowledge of SAFe, Lean, and Agile methodologies, as well as portfolio management tools.

**Personal Skills**
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to develop and guide a high-performing team in the pricing and underwriting function.

**Requirements**:
**Nice to have**
- Conocimientos en bases de datos, lenguaje SQL y en programación, preferiblemente Python o SAS.
- Conocimientos en programas de análisis y visualización de datos, preferiblemente MicroStrategy.
- Nível alto de inglés (B2, C1)
