Studio SEEDz is seeking a highly skilled Senior CGI Artist specializing in architectural visualization to collaborate on international projects across residential, hospitality, and masterplanning.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for producing high-end, photorealistic visualizations, both exterior and interior, with a strong focus on atmosphere, materiality, lighting, and composition. The role requires a refined design sensibility and the ability to translate architectural concepts and large-scale masterplans into compelling visual narratives.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in high-end architectural visualization (interiors and exteriors)
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray (Unreal Engine, Lumion or similar tools are a plus)
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition at a photorealistic level
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, masterplans, and design intent
- High level of attention to detail and visual consistency
- Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects is highly valued
