In this role, you’ll work closely with senior tech leaders to ensure smooth coordination across projects, help streamline communication between engineering groups, and support key initiatives that shape our future roadmap.
What you’ll do
* Partner with senior technology leaders to organize priorities, track progress, and support decision‑making.
* Prepare strategic materials such as briefs, presentations, and project updates for leadership reviews.
* Act as a connector between different R&D groups, ensuring information flows efficiently and teams stay aligned.
* Follow up on milestones, identify gaps or potential synergies, and support problem‑solving across technical domains.
* Contribute to initiatives that strengthen collaboration across regions and functions.
What you bring
* A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* 3+ years of experience in engineering environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multicultural environments.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Chinese are a bonus.
* A structured, proactive approach with great attention to detail.
