Our Digital Metering Team is expanding, so we are looking to include an amazing team member who enjoys troubleshooting and is curious to keep growing in the digital world. We have developed proprietary tools that help us measure behavioral data. As a Tech Support, you are both a problem-solver and a people person.
We are a team of software developers for apps on multiple platforms such as Android, iOS, and Desktop. We are fourteen members located in Spain, Germany, India, and Bulgaria.
We are looking for an analytical mind that enjoys understanding the source of problems, solving them, or coordinating with our developers and stakeholders to find the best solutions.
As Tech Support, you will have the following key accountabilities:
* Using internal and common tools to troubleshoot technical issues across different platforms.
* Diagnosing, documenting, and repairing faults.
* Configuring and setting up accounts.
* Testing new features of our products.
* Following up with internal stakeholders to ensure problems are resolved.
* Proactively communicating the status of incidents.
* Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Skills, qualifications, and experience required:
* Technical background. You don’t have to be an expert, but you should know how to connect the pieces of the puzzle.
* Experience or knowledge of scripting (Python, Node/Javascript, etc.).
* Understanding of software connectivity (REST APIs, SDKs, etc.).
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (we have a very international team!).
* Attention to detail.
* Some back-end programming experience is a plus.
