As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and making sure they have everything they need.A typical day at Regus
You arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to ensure everything is ready and check that nothing has been missed by the cleaners.Customers start arriving. You may need to change WiFi codes, check on packages, give directions, set up projectors, or take drink orders.In the early afternoon, you meet with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, including writing invitations and putting up posters.As the day ends, you politely ask the group in meeting room 3 to wrap up, direct them to nearby restaurants, and ensure the centre is tidy before leaving.About you
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:
A good communicator, able to build strong relationships and empathize with clients’ needsPositive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing situationsProficient in MS Office and basic IT packagesWhat we offer
