Performance Marketing Manager
to drive the growth of its mobile gaming portfolio. The team is distributed across the globe and thrives on collaboration, experimentation, and innovation in the mobile app monetization space.
About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior User Acquisition Manager
who is a master of
Google and Meta Ads
to scale their mobile gaming portfolio (100% IAA).
This is a high-impact, "hands-on" strategic role. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and creative experimentation, moving beyond basic media buying to architect scalable growth levers across both mobile and web funnels.
Your Mission
Full Ownership:
Design and execute the UA strategy for Google Ads and Meta with complete accountability for performance, scaling, and ROI.
End-to-End Execution:
Own the full campaign lifecycle across Android and iOS—from initial setup and bidding strategy to deep-funnel optimization.
Structured Experimentation:
Design and lead rigorous testing roadmaps (creative, bidding, targeting) and translate complex data into actionable product insights.
Cross-Functional Synergy:
Partner with Creative, Product, ASO, and Data teams to ensure our growth strategy and LiveOps are perfectly aligned.
Automation & AI:
Proactively identify manual bottlenecks and leverage AI tools to automate workflows, speeding up iteration cycles and raising the bar for the entire team.
Requirements
Gaming DNA:
3–5+ years of UA/Performance Marketing experience specifically within the mobile gaming sector.
Channel Mastery:
Expert-level, hands-on experience with
Google Ads
and
Meta (Facebook)
is a non-negotiable requirement.
Platform Expertise:
Proven track record running large-scale campaigns on both Android and iOS, with a deep understanding of
SKAN ,
AEM, and the post-IDFA landscape.
Data Fluency:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate BI tools (Tableau or similar) and attribution ecosystems (MMPs) independently.
Scale:
Experience managing significant budgets while maintaining strict profitability and incrementality standards.
Bonus:
Experience with web-to-app funnels is a significant plus.

Proficient in leveraging AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity.
