We are looking for a driven eCommerce Account Manager/ Business Developer for a maternity cover (fixed term contract) role who knows how to build digital shopper and consumer experiences in the France Iberia. Someone who has the energy to seek out new business opportunities taking ownership of the recruitment and ongoing partnership of new online retail partners to grow and develop the online business while delivering on consumer and especially shopper expectations!

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the recruitment and account management of new online retail partners within the France/Iberia eCommerce team at LEGO. The goal will be too onboard, grow and develop new eCommerce businesses while delivering on consumer and especially shopper expectations.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and retail activation of new eCommerce retail partners.
- Own the account management of the retail partner, innovation and sub-channel retailer development driving balanced growth through ongoing and new partnerships adhering to LEGO marketing master plan and eCommerce specific shopper programs.
- Stay ahead of trends in the retail industry (e-Commerce, Omnichannel and Brick & Mortar) to develop to deliver short
- and long-term commercial success.
- Establish technology at retail partners to automate and simplify asset deployment and data exchange, develop, and improve LEGO technology stack with partners to deploy and scale the utilization of impactful assets, driving novelty, awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Help enable our sales team in France Iberia to build capabilities around e-Commerce topics in collaboration with both internal and external partners.
- Work with existing Agencies/ Retailers to complete planned campaigns/ promotions to distill findings and insights building pilots and scalable solutions.

**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
- English language proficiency as well as French or Spanish is a must.
- Experience in a Junior KAM/ Business Development role in fast consumer goods eCommerce or Omni-Channel environment with a commercial focus is essential.
- An energized collaborator with a skill for developing new and maintaining ongoing business relationships.
- Experience in technology, innovation or consumer & shopper engagement is key.
- Good understanding of running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience in project management and agile ways of working within a cross-functional retail sales and eCommerce environment.
- Analytical approach basing decisions on data insights and proof points.
- Understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, marketplaces and platforms, and the dynamics of e-Commerce, as well as detailed knowledge of new shopper acquisition channels
- A solid understanding of IT environments (APIs, web, mobile, apps, search etc.) and experience with CMS tools and some experience with Photoshop, CRM tools, etc.
