Your responsibilities will include Lead transport planning and carrier management for inbound and outbound flows.
Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
Analyze freight costs, negotiate with logistics providers and optimize transport routes.
Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and service performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes and KPIs.
Resolve escalated operational issues and support cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Planning).
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to management.
Carry out invoice verification processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies Required Skills Solid ERP and TMS knowledge (SAP, etc.).
Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international transport.
Proven ability to manage logistics providers and negotiate freight rates.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with reporting skills (Excel, BI tools).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
