We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft innovative and user-friendly experiences for our web and cloud applications. In this role, you'll help shape the long-term vision of our products by leveraging user testing and data-driven insights to create designs that are intuitive and impactful. As a senior designer, you'll champion design excellence and play a key role in delivering user-centered solutions that align with Malwarebytes' mission to protect people in today's digital world.
What You'll Do:
* Design of engaging, intuitive user experiences for web platforms
* Champion design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices
* Conduct and analyze user testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding product managers, developers, analytics, and customer supportto align designs with business and user goals
* Create and present interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather stakeholder feedback
* Shape the evolution of the products design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms
Skills You'll Need to Have:
* 7 years of product design experience focused on consumer products
* Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions
* Experience with user testing, data analysis, and iterative design processes
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
* Proven ability to lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and deliver impactful solutions
* Familiarity with cybersecurity or technical applications is an advantage
