We are looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist on a freelance basis to help an international software company specializing in innovative solutions for the media, to bring their marketing to the next level.
Responsibilities
* Execute marketing and communication strategies across multiple disciplines, guided by the
* company’s overall business and marketing objectives.
* Strong focus on B2B demand generation through appropriate channels (ie. Email, webinars,
* social etc.)
* Execute company’s content strategy and oversee the content creation process across multiple
* marketing and communication channels, including social media, blog articles, newsletters, and
* website content.
* Work closely with other teams across the company (in particular, Sales and Product) to gain a
* thorough understanding of budgets, goals, target audiences, and product strengths and
* weaknesses.
* Help define and execute multiple email marketing strategies, to include net new lead nurturing, existing customer upsells, retention, and win-back.
* Plan and execute industry events such as exhibitions and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating pre- and post-show marketing activity.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competition and build targeted campaigns at direct competitors.
* Track and evaluate marketing performance via analytical tools (HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and SEMrush).
Requirement/Experience/Skills
* Proven experience in digital marketing preferably within the software industry.
* Experience and understanding of performance marketing, including KPIs and channels
* and conversion rates
* Knowledge of media industry (Publishing, broadcasting and newspaper software) is highly
* desirable.
* The ideal candidate should thrive in a proactive, new sales-focused environment.
* Proficient level of English is a must.
* Willingness to travel across Europe.
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing multiple marketing strategies.
* Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM, website, marketing automation), LinkedIn Sales
* Navigator, Microsoft 365.
* Team-player who is able to work in a collaborative environment.
