Service Club is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tax Manager to take ownership of all tax-related matters across our growing global footprint, including the EU, UK, and US. With a new US entity on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to shape and optimize our international tax strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Compliance & Management
* Oversee timely preparation, filing, and payment of direct and indirect taxes (CIT, VAT/GST, sales tax, withholding tax, etc.) across jurisdictions.
* Ensure accurate tax treatment in daily operations, including payments to suppliers and trainers.
* Monitor and interpret tax law changes and advise management on implications.
* Lead tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.
* Review tax provisions for statutory and management reporting.
Strategic Tax Planning & Structure
* Own the preparation and maintenance of the Transfer Pricing Master File and Local Files.
* Design and optimize the group’s global tax structure, minimizing risks and supporting growth.
* Collaborate with the Finance Director and advisors to implement compliant intercompany agreements and pricing policies.
Cross-Functional Advisory
* Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to integrate tax considerations into business decisions.
* Manage external advisors, auditors, and legal counsel.
* Provide training and guidance to internal teams on VAT, sales tax, and cross-border rules.
Basic Qualifications
* Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law. Master’s degree or tax specialization preferred.
* Experience: 4+ years in international tax management (Big Four or multinational experience is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of EU and UK corporate taxation; US tax exposure is an advantage.
* Solid expertise in transfer pricing and OECD guidelines.
* Proficiency with ERP systems, tax compliance software, and MS Excel.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
