Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of GEO & SEO specialists, ensuring the implementation of best practices and continuous professional growth.
* Lead team operations, resource allocation, and project planning.
* Drive process excellence and AI‑powered automation adoption.
* Ensure service quality through SLA management and operational governance.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate changing priorities effectively.
* Support team development through structured feedback.
* Lead proposal development and client‑facing strategic presentations.
* Oversee project sizing, profitability, and delivery performance across the portfolio.
* Collaborate with other digital marketing teams to ensure a holistic approach.
* Stay up to date with the latest GEO & SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices and AI challenges.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to translate difficult GEO & SEO concepts into terms understandable by non‑SEOs.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Proven experience leading and developing teams, including mentoring, performance management, and career development.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Strategic business mindset, with the ability to align GEO & SEO initiatives with business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
* Strong client‑facing skills, including presenting strategies, reporting results, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
* Proactive, adaptable, and results‑oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities, combined with a hands‑on approach to execution.
* Ability to drive operational excellence, prioritise effectively, and perform in fast‑paced environments.
