We are currently looking for a Web Content Assistant (Junior) to join one of our international projects with a leading multinational and well-known company based in Barcelona.
About the role:
• Full-time dedication
• Hybrid model (Barcelona area)
• Start date: May 2026
• Type of contract: permanent contract
• Project's lenght: a minimum of 1 year expected, extendable
Main responsibilities:
• Build client-branded microsites using a predefined template within the company's Content Management System (CMS).
• Receive structured briefs, content and assets and implement them accurately
• Upload, update and remove job advertisements on client microsites
• Apply basic HTML / CSS adjustments within predefined guidelines
• Ensure content quality, consistency, accessibility and brand alignment
• Manage updates and edits following internal or client feedback (channeled via an specific internal stakeholder)
• Work to tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks based on business needs
• Collaborate closely with the an specific internal stakeholder as the main point of contact; this role is not business-facing
Background & Skills:
• Junior profile with at least 1–2 years of experience in web content, digital operations or similar roles
• High level of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS; experience working with a Content Management System is highly valued
• Understanding of basic website creation and design best practices, including accessibility
• Basic graphic design or content editing skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with structured processes, templates and recurring tasks
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
