Roles & Responsibilities:
Define, coordinate, supervise, and develop events (F&B) contracted by the company, as well as manage restaurants to meet customer needs and expectations while ensuring profitability for the park.
Functions:
* Coordinate and develop events (F&B)
* Control available resources (financial, human, technological) in event design, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
* Supervise the preparations and follow-up of contracted event specifications
* Handle administrative tasks related to events and restaurants (F&B)
* Enhance the commercial success of the F&B Department through offering improvements, stock control, and value-for-money relationships
* Prepare event cost breakdowns (F&B)
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food health standards
* Perform any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Department Manager within your role
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience as a maître d' in events or hotels
* Responsible and methodical individual
* Organized and attentive to detail
* Flexible, practical, and professional approach
* Problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
