We are looking for a strong Python Developer with database expertise to join a banking project. The role focuses on backend development, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based solutions within a regulated financial environment.

The adecuado candidate combines hands-on development skills with solid database knowledge and understands the quality, security, and compliance standards required in enterprise banking systems.
Most Important: Python, Terraform, GCP
A plus is if: great SQL skills, experience with API Based Customer Search services/backends
German language (nice, but not needed)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services using Python
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform
- Develop and operate cloud-native solutions on GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Work with relational databases (design, optimization, query tuning)
- Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards
- Support production systems and participate in incident analysis when needed
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Strong experience with Python (backend development, APIs, services)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Practical experience with GCP
- Solid understanding of database systems and data modeling
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
- Understanding of secure coding practices
- Experience xhfqzwm with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, performance tuning)
- Experience with API-based Customer Search services or similar backend systems
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools
- Experience in banking or financial services domain
- German language skills (beneficial but not mandatory)
