**What you do**:
- Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish coach network
- Continuously review business potential and conduct research on strategically prioritized areas, sectors and target accounts to identify potential areas for business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal functions that support the sales process (Solution Design, Operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Conduct opportunity assessment for identified opportunities and develop recommendation on pursuit or cancellation based on financial attractiveness
- Independently design standard solutions
- Development and presentation compelling business/ solution fit presentations to key decision makers
- Pro-actively discusses with the customer for innovation solutions and addressing the underlying needs of the customer and demonstrating clear business fit with the customers supply chain
- Build and develop network with colleagues across the business to gain required support/ resources to deliver against agreed customer commitment
- Uses market trends to further sharpen own and customer´s strategies
**What you got**:
- University Master degree or equivalent
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or related businesses, could be both in a 3PL/4PL environment as from the industry itself
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience and experience in the Engineering & Manufacturing industry sector or related industry sectors such as Chemicals, Aerospace or Energy
- Knowledge in developing Supply Chain solutions and proposals that deliver value to customers and to DHL
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles with multiple functional stakeholders
- Preferably experience in managing international projects
