đŻ The Role:
Weâre hiring a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across Mexico and the United States. This managerial role sits at the intersection of data and creativity: youâll turn insights into campaigns that drive awareness, community, and measurable commercial impact (NTB, CAC, LTV). Youâll lead Social Media Management and Influencer/Creator programs, partner tightly with eCommerce & Paid Media, and build a pipeline of UGC and ambassadors that scales. đ§© Responsibilities:
 * Own Social & Influencer strategy and roadmap for MX & US; translate brand and commercial priorities into platformâspecific plans.
 * Lead editorial calendar, UGC pipeline, campaign briefs, production, approvals, and paid amplification (Meta/TikTok).
 * Build and manage creator programs (micro â hero, ambassadors, affiliates), including contracting, brand safety and FTC/ASA compliance.
 * Set clear OKRs/KPIs; implement measurement (UTMs, GA4, Shopify, platform analytics) and weekly scorecards tied to NTB, CAC, LTV.
 * Partner with eCom & Paid Media to run fullâfunnel experiments (TOF/MOF/BOF), creative testing and incrementality reads.
 * Manage and mentor a biânational team (Content Strategists & Influencer Managers); establish rituals, SLAs, and QA standards.
 * Own social listening & competitive intelligence; turn insights into creative angles and rapid tests.
 * Coordinate with PR/Comms and Legal for brand safety, usage rights, and risk management.
đŒ Professional Experience
Education: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field within the creative industries.
đ MustâHave Requirements
 * 5â7+ years leading Social Media and Influencer/Creator programs; at least 2 years managing people.
 * Proven track record linking social/influencer to business outcomes (revenue/NTB/CAC/LTV), not just engagement.
 * Handsâon experience with Meta & TikTok paid amplification and creative testing (hook/hold/CTR/CPC frameworks).
 * Toolstack fluency: publishing/listening (e.g., Sprout/Hootsuite), analytics (GA4, Looker/Tableau), and UTM discipline.
 * Experience running creator CRM/workflows (GRIN/Aspire/Tagger/Upfluence) and managing usage rights/brand safety.
 * âBilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable operating across MX & US time zones.
đ NiceâtoâHave Requirements
 * CPG / wellness / health category experience; familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystems (Amazon Associates, impact.com).
 * eCommerce exposure (Shopify, Amazon) and collaboration with Performance Marketing on CAC/NTB goals.
 * Storytelling & light creative direction (scripts, shot lists, edits) and UGC QA standards.
 * Experience with social listening/insight platforms (Brandwatch/Talkwalker) and sentiment analysis.
 * Incrementality/experimentation mindset (geoâsplit, PSA holdout, MMMâlite).
 * Public speaking/host experience for lives, Q&A, or product education sessions.
