Responsibilities End-to-end shaping of Managed Services dealsWork within a new business team to interpret customer defined or implied requirements against Avanade solution templates and delivery capabilitiesEngage with customer stakeholders and other knowledgeable resources to validate service requirements, explore solution options and identify service integration requirementsWork with Avanade delivery centers, both in Spain and offshore, to realize service estimates in accordance with the Avanade Solutioning guidelinesIdentify all service costs and populate cost models to ensure full visibility of costs related to establishing and delivering the service over the contract termCreate and document a Solution Plan and support an internal sign-off of costs and risksIdentify and mitigate solution risksSupport the development of pricing and commercial strategies and commercial dialogue with customersDevelopment of proposals and participate in presenting proposals and solutions to customersQualifications and Experience Requires individuals who have led or participated in service delivery for at least 2 years, and/or have at least 2 years of developing proposalsAt least 6 years of overall consulting delivery and sales experienceKnowledge of Managed Services service and delivery models, including general and distributed delivery modelsSolution planning and deal shaping experience; ability to create a compelling value proposition and leverage assets and capabilities to craft the solutionComfortable with estimating, costing and working with Finance and Sales Leads on pricing models; strong analytical skills and ability to analyze customer-provided dataStructured and clear written and oral communication; able to explain potentially complex solutions to less technical audiencesProven ability to work within a team while making a personal contributionKnowledge of ITILAbout You Customer FocusEmbracing ChangeTeamwork and CollaborationRealizing Results the Avanade WayTechnical PassionInterpersonal AwarenessSales/consultative selling acumenStrong financial and analytical skillsPassion about your customersWhat You'll Do Develop Managed Services solutions for specified new and existing customers within the regionEnd-to-end shaping of Managed Services dealsInterpret customer requirements against Avanade solution templates and delivery capabilitiesEngage with customer stakeholders to validate service requirements and identify integration needsCollaborate with Avanade delivery centers to produce service estimates in line with solutioning guidelinesIdentify service costs and populate cost models for contract term visibilityCreate and document a Solution Plan and obtain internal sign-off on costs and risksIdentify and mitigate solution risksSupport pricing and commercial strategies and engage in commercial dialogue with customersDevelop proposals and participate in presenting proposals and solutions to customersLearn more Why Avanade for Sellers link (TBD).
