Responsibilities
* Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
* Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing diverse skills to contribute in multiple areas.
* Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile frameworks.
* Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and best practices.
* Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value.
* Engage in continuous learning and process improvement, focusing on technical skills.
* Support continuous integration with automated build, test, and deployment processes.
* Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate with other teams for effective integration.
* Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
* Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for successes and failures.
* Participate in team-building activities to foster positive team dynamics.
